The ALMiG ACCD Series of heatless regenerative desiccant air dryers was designed to protect air systems exposed to temperatures below freezing while also producing low pressure dew point.  This allows for this series to shine in the area of supplying the most critical of applications with the necessary ultra dry air.  By minimizing purge air usage, the moisture holding capacity is maximized and the heat of adsorption is saved.  This allows for a standard 10 minute cycles which significantly increases the life of the desiccant driver over units with shorter cycles.  The ACCD Series also features a prevention of bed movement or downstream pressure loss by allowing the off-stream tower to repressurize before going on-steam.
